Humpty Dumpty Toys Ltd, registered in England, trading from 12 Wickham Street, Bristol BS8 2QT. Prices include VAT where it applies.

An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If something turns out to be out of stock after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that line in full.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. If a price is wrong we will contact you before charging anything.

You have sixty days from delivery to change your mind, which is longer than the statutory fourteen. Return postage is on us.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Age recommendations on our listings are safety guidance and should be followed. Toys are for domestic use and adult supervision is required for anything marked as such.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For everything else our liability is limited to the value of the order.
