Privacy

To send you a parcel we need a name, a delivery address, an email address and — if you choose it — a phone number for the courier. That is the whole list for an order.

If you sign up to the newsletter we store your email address and nothing else.

We do not store card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we only ever see the last four digits and the card type.

We do not buy data about you from anyone, and we do not sell or rent yours.

The game on this site is covered by a separate policy, because it works differently: it collects nothing at all. You can read it at /game/privacy.

Your cart and wishlist live in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us until you place an order.

We use one analytics cookie to count page views. It does not follow you to other sites.

Order records are kept for six years because HMRC requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every email.

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@humptytoys.store and we will respond within thirty days, usually the same week.
